Our Story

Williams Decorators was established over 40 years ago by Gary, driven by a clear vision of what a professional decorating service should be. Having completed his training with Trollop and Coles, Gary made the bold decision to leave the security of regular employment to build a business founded on quality, integrity and customer care.

From the outset, his aim was to create a company he could be truly proud of, one that genuinely listens to clients’ needs, recognises the disruption that decorating work can bring, and delivers a standard of service he would expect in his own home or workplace. That vision has proven enduring. 

Over the years, Williams Decorators has grown primarily through recommendations and repeat business, built on long-standing relationships with both commercial partners and private clients who value a service they can trust and rely upon.

Work to date has included numerous professional and private projects from security regulated primary and secondary educational properties, adult care facilities, corporate offices, commercial spaces, restaurants, retail outlets and, of course personal home.
